Radite li ovu vježbu - ruska rotacija?



Pri svakom okretu ne treba raditi pauzu vec samo na djelic sekunde zaustaviti trup u krajnjem položaju na lijevoj ili desnoj strani, uz maksimalnu kontrakciju mišica. Napravi tri serije po osam do dvancst ponavljanja.

Ova vježba pokretima podsjeca na kajakaško veslanje. Iako se možda doima kao da je za taj sport najvažnija snaga ruku i ramena, trup ima mnogo vecu ulogu nego što to izgleda. Ovom ceš vježbom ojacati pretežno bocni dio trbušnih mišica, cime se povecava stabilnost trupa.
