Naisla sam juce na ovaj forum i fascinirale me slike forumasa.transformacije su super.javise mi se svidja i pohvalila bih `ziku`´ ciji avatar i slike daju samu motivacije.ova slika je sa mora gde sam imala imala i radila na misicima i definiciji ali posle š0dana na moru u spaniji sam se vratila samo sa viskom kilograma i mlitavim telom.sve mi se tamo okrenulo...nisam jednostavno mogla nastaviti po mom programu i ishrani.fakticki je bilo nemoguce.i zivot je tamo sasvim suptoran od mog svakidasnjeg.tamo smo tek u 23h izlazili a inace sam vec u 7.snu u normali.telo je jos uvek umorno i iscrpljeno.pa se sada polako vracam.inace sto se tice samo skidanja kilaze,jos pre 4.god sam sa 55kg na 40kg skinula ali sa mnogo razlicitih tipova ishrane.nista nisam znala o tome i zdravom nacinu zivota.bila sam mlada i naivna i samo htela smrsati.puno sam trenirala a pri tom sam se bavila godinama odbojkom,pre toga gimnastikom...mnogo trcala na crobik isla..fakticki sve sto samo iscrpljuje telo i znoji a ne oblkuje.nikada nisam tegovima radila ozbiljno i plasila se cak da ne dobijem misicnu masu.ali re nekih 2mes sam pocela i ovakvo telo kao na avataru i stomak po prvi pt u zivotu sam samo treninzima sa tegovima naoravila.nisu to tegovi veliki tezina jer sam pocetnik,bas male tezine suu pitanju.inace sam svega š55cm.trenutno imam 42kg ali je to punooo viska vode i zelim to malo korigovati i vratiti pravim treninzima.takodje samna keto 2ned...samo povrce i proteini,whey posle treninga i bez cheat meal-a dve ned.posle prelazim na low carb..sa 5danom punjenja...pozdrav svima!
