Evo jedne teme u kojoj se sa ponosom poslije napornog treninga možemo hvaliti otopljenim kilogramima :) naravno u bilokojim intervalima!

Oni koji ce biti iskreni pri pisanju izgubljenih kilograma možda ce više uspjevati zbog "konkurencije" doticnih kolega na forumu..

Evo ja u 3 tjedna 3kg :)

Ja sam, bilo to davno, ali kad sam se ponovno željela dovest u red, u 6 mjeseci izgubila 6kg

Tako je i ostalo i ni gram se nije vratilo!

Ne treba ti toliko vjezbe, pogotovo svaki dan anerobni+crobni tolikog trajanja. To je ogroman katabolizam, zbunjujes organizam sa gradnjom misica i njihovom razgradnjom.

A kad sam imao previše energije, a i to je bilo odvojeno, dopodne teretana, a popodne biciklizam. Još sam nešto navecer radio, ali vam necu rec

  š4 kg u 3 mjeseca... smanjio unos kruha, slatkisa, grickalica i masnoca. Smanjio sam kolicnu hrane po obroku a povecao kolicinu obroka, i vjezbao sam š sat na dan + trening svaki dan imam.
