ovako prosjecno sam zgoljav tinjedjer imam š7 god i zanima me kako bi mogao doma uz pomoc nekih vjezbi bez sprava izgraditi neku misicnu masu nista puno samo da me nebude sram skinut majcu....unaprjed hvala

posto ti ne treba "nista puno",  dovoljni ce ti biti utezi od po š0-ak kila ( za ruke i ramena ) u kombinaciji s vjezbama za prsa, trbuh i ledja ( sklekovi i slicno... )

radi 3 put tjedno po 45 minuta i prilagodi prehranu ( svjezi sir, riba, piletina, ... )

promjena vjezbi donosi napredak,auvijek iste vjezbe dnose napredak samo do odredjenog nivoa,pa dalje ne ide nikako
