Pozz svima
Evo danas sam krenuo vježbati u š8:05, u š6 h sam pojeo zadnji veci obrok, u š7h sam pojeo jabuku Ali tijekom vježbanja mi je došlo kao slabina , jako sam se slabo osjecao jer pijem vodu tijekom treninga ? SAVJET !!!!

Nemora ništa znaciti, možda takav dan da ti je mukica i došlo slabo, ak se ne događa inace zabroavi na to.

Misliš da je to zbog vode? Ma nije, moraš piti :) Možda nisi dovoljno pojeo? Ili ti je tlak malo pao, šecer u krvi, pa ako si se još dosta forsirao....događa se, niš strašno, bitno da se ne događa inace kako Phoenix kaže.. :)
