Pozdrav svima,trebalo bi mi strucno misljenje pri koristenju glutamina ! Ovako stoje stvari,imam š7 godina(68 kg) treniram atletiku,te sam jako dobar sportas...glutamin sam uzeo kako bi koristio nesto da me obnovi nakon tih napornih treninga.Moje pitanje jee....Koliko bi trebao dnevno uzimat i u kojim kolicinama... ? hvala :)

kakvih komenatar? Dao sam ti savjet. Ako vidiš ispod mog nicka piše fit moderator slobodno me shvati ozbiljno.

A pošto imam mrvicu vremena, produžit cu ovaj odgovor.

Glutamin ti nece pomoci u oporavki te je uzimanje istog trenutacno bacanje novaca. Bolje te novce potroši na neke druge suplemente. Recimo riblje ulje.

Osobno znam mnogo ljudi koji od aminokiselina uzimaju samo glutamin i to godinama... njihov odgovor na uzimanje glutamina je bio: imunitet mi je ojacao, nisam bio bolestan godinama, uzimam ga zbog oporavka, antikatabolik je i zadovoljan sam..

Ovo nije promo nikakav, vec pricam što mi prijatelji kažu koji vježbaju 10-ak godina..
Može biti da na neke ne djeluje u tolikoj mjeri, no ljudi ga koriste - to je cinjenica.

ja mislin da veca doza djeluje a da su neke male dozice neucinkovite,tako san ja nesto cuja a osobno nisan nikad pija dosad

vec mjesecima pijem dnevno 20 tak grama, i djeluje, na imunitet, na raspoloženje, na energiju... evo nocas spavao 3 sata, mamuran.. tequila me satrala ;-) ali 15 g glutamina, i koda ništa ni bilo... :-)

e,pa takva kolicina virujen da bi morala djelovat, samo meni nekako cjena preskupa s obziron koliko se trosi da radije ulozin u nesto drugo sta mi je korisnije
