Koliko bi po mišljenjima onih strucnijih na forumu i onih koji uce trebao trajati jedan trening za masu

Kažite što je puno, što je malo i zašto?

To ovisi o tebi, kakva ti je genetika,metabolizam,  na koliko kcal suficita ceš bit, kakav trening ceš imat, etc.


EDIT: jeben ti alkohol, tek sad vidim šta sam napisao. Mislio sam da pitaš kolko treba trajat ciklus mase a sad skužim da pitaš kolko treba trajat jedan trening. Rekli su ti decki.

3 sata u teretani je puno
20 minuta je malo


Recimo da radiš 5,6 vježbi po treningu sa klasicnim 3xš0 ponavljanjima i odmorom od jedne minute... između 45min i š sat trebaš biti gotov

Pojedem 300g piletine i 200g makarona u jednom obroku i svejedno sam gladan za 40 minuta

Nema te hrane koja bi mene zasitila

Ma trpam ja i rajcice i paprike, krastavce ne volim
A znaš i sam da jedem ko slon, neam šta više podebljavat, ipak sam na defki
