Pozdrav svima,
Treniram kickboxing nekih 2 godine i htio bih dobiti na mišicnoj masi. Buduci da su kickbox treninzi 3 puta tjedno (pon, sri, pet), ostale dane bih htio ubaciti treninge utezima (uto, cet , sub) i nedjelja odmor. Poceo bih s ovim treningom: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/hitworkout.htm Sad me zanima da li je to previše treninga? odnosno da li ce biti rezultata s obzirom na mali odmor? Prehrana : 5 obroka dnevno + PWM (proteini+kreatin+glukoza) Hvala |
