Naime sa š5 god, š75cm i 80kg idem u teretanu. I dal zbog
okruzenja il zbog naravi stalno vezbam do iznemoglosti i do otkaza sa konstantnim povecanjem tezina. Posto su pocele strije da izlaze po rukama razmisjlam kakve treba vezbe raditi da bi se doslo do katabolizacije (smanjenje mase)? |

Prehranom se smanjuje masa.. kalorijski suficit = debljanje, a deficit = mrsavljenje... vjezbe uvijek ostaju iste..
