Zagrijavanje 10 min

1. Warm up exercises
A-jumping jacks 10x3
A-jumping squat 10x3

2. Upper body 
B-turkish get up with KB 3x2 20 kg
B-rowing with kb 5x5 16kg, 4x4 20 kg

3.Lower body
C-Squat ( bez opterecenja u pon. )
C-wall sit 30 sec.x3
C-lunge with dumbbell 6x5

4.core
D-2 min plank + 1 min bocni plank sa svake strane

istezanje
5-10 min
