A da, da, to je ono kozje mlijeko u pitanju :) Ma nije tolikoa frka oko toga, možeš se poigrati i sa ostalim sastojcima (umjesto banane ubaciti jabuku, naranču, kiwi, šumsko..., kikiriki malo zamijeniti bademima recimo ili sjemenkama, pa izbaciti tu kocku čokolade tu i tamo (ili ju zamijeniti kakaom).....kužiš.. ;) ali kad zapneš, sad se ne opterećuj ako ide, to mi ni nije u cilju da ti nabijem opterećenje, samo dam ideje ;) Ali svejedno, nije loše mijenjati malo - čisto radi i raznolikosti (što više raznolikosti to više nutrijenata) i razbijanja dosade ;) Inače - pokušaj sa heljdom umjesto zobi ujutro, ima dobru iskoristivost proteina Edited by Gym_girl - 15 Prosinac 2014 at 11:52 |
