 imam problema zanima me kako bi mogo ojacati prsa onako da mi sise budu cvrsce i jace a ne mlohave, hvala unaprijed

Radi sklekove cim vise, u teretani sve vjezbe za prsa, ravni i kosi bench, ravno i koso razvlacenje, potisak na smith itd.. pogledaj malo na webu koje su sve vjezbe za prsa i kako se pravilno izvode

             a usput i vratilo ...dizanje sopstvenog tijela ali tek kad ojacas...........

Kardio ti je trening gdje npr. trcis, preskaces vijacu, vozis biciklu itd.

što se tice prsa, drmaj po sklekovima i po dipsevima (propadanja) koji su jedna od najboljih vjezbi za prsa. Takodjer imas bench ravni i kosi, razvlacenja bucicama, prsa na cross spravi, tako da mozes kombinirati vise vjezbi.
Ja osobno preferiram dipseve (na pocetku tesko ide, ali kasnije sve lakse) i dobro pogadjaju prsa. Postoji caka u tome da se moras malo nagnuti naprijed kada ih radis, jer ako tijelo stoji uspravno onda vise pogadja triceps.
