Koliko toliko sam nova u fitnessu... znam da bi na pocetku trebalo odraditi zagrijavanje š5 min...,ali ja odradim 30min trcanja na traci. Super ...ponosna sam ... ALI postoji jedno ali , na kraju kružnog treninga nemam volje za kardio spravu.da li je to loše ili...???navodno, cula sam da poslije treninga poloa sata na kardio spravi najbolje topi masnoce!!!!
