Evo me nazad, spreman za nove pobjede Thumbs Up

Dvije sam godine stariji, posložio sam prioritete u životu, studiram, zaraπujem solidnu lovu i napokon jedem na Xicu Big smile
Vjerujem da ce ovaj put biti lakše (ponajprije jer financije više nisu problem kao nekada) i da cu do ljeta 20š2. konacno realizirati ciljeve o kojima sam dosad cesto maštao, a nikada ozbiljno zapoceo.

Veliki pozdrav svim forumašima, pogotovo staroj ekipi ako je još ima! Wink

Uuu KIF je bila neka varijanta s pocetka srednje škole :)
Studiram na odjelu za kulturologiju - medijska kultura... kasnije PR vjerojatno.

Kakav ti je bio WS4SB? i jesi jos na njemu?
Ja planiram isto sad poceti rokati po tom programu jer sam cistokrvni ektomorf Big smile
Sad sam na ovome vec 3 put prolazim i super mi je, al hocu nesto novo probati :))

Konkretno program je bio modifikacija "Westside for skinny bastards" (WS4SB).
Program kao program... ali taj upper-lower sistem treniranja sam tada isprobao prvi put, i više se nisam nikada vracao na split trening. Jednostavno mi je nedovoljno odraditi prsa recimo ponedjeljkom i onda 7 dana ništa.

Program koji si naveo je dobar, moguce da sam ga i ja koristio, poznat mi je clanak Big smile
Samo ne znam kako misliš '3 put prolazim'. Obicno se kaže da je programu potrebno dati 3 mjeseca da pokaže rezultate.
Nakon ta tri mjeseca je dobro, cak i preporucljivo, uzeti par dana odmora i zatim šokirati mišice necim potpuno drugacijim.
