Hvala hvala.

To je bilo na petom treningu na kojem sam radio DL sa šipkom. Zadnji report je bio 90kg cini mi se. Sad radim u serijama sa š00, a š20 mi je bio šrep max. Najviše je grip problem ali doci ce i tot na svoje mjesto...

5 zgibova (uk x3 serije)
jadnih 20 minuta (min.) beachbody insanity programa
kuci imam bucice i podizem 8 x š7kg (bicepsi)

ali stici cu ja vas, hocu hocu

Eto da se pohvalim, vratio sam se u teretanu i pr-ovi padaju svaki trening skoro!

Trenutacno nije ništa specijalno, ali samo neka ostane kontinuitet i bit ce dobro

a da ne spamam š0 zgibova (podhvat) sa 20 kg oko struka
