Molim vas pomoc oko prsa :)

 Veliki pozdrav ljudi :) ovako imam jedan problem...ovako molio bih vas pomoc oko prsa imam lijepo razvijen donji dio prsa, ali nikako dobiti na gornjem i unutarnjem djelu pa sve skupa to izgleda ruzno :)).....nema simetrije....pa bih vas molio da mi kažete neke vježbe i neke savjete hvala vam puno u naprijed :D

Kakvi su ti uvjeti za treniranje?

p.s stvarno nemaš problema sa odnosima nego ti treba mesa posvuda, inace je dobro posloženo

  dada hranim se pravilno i pjem mass od scitec nutritiona!a vuijeti nis extra sad da je prvo klasna teretana ima normlano bench,pec dec,lat machine a za prsa nema cross.....e ajde mi molimte objasni kakve su to compound vježbe? :)

  Pa evo dao sam ti link.. to su ti osnovn vjezbe... Cucanj, mrtvo dizanje, zgibovi, bench, dipsevi i vojnicki potisak..
 A jos i biceps pregib ravnom sipkom, triceps potisak ravnom sipkom, iskorak..
