pa ovo bi trebalo pogadat ledja primarno,a uz to jos bicepse. brze se podizat do sipke,a lagano spustat

Jep, leđa, vidio sam ekipu da to radi - valja ubaciti da se malo napravi promjena u treningu. |

Radio preko ljeta, ali ne na smithu vec na stolu kod kuce , mislim sto je malo cvršci a može se i tako vježbati

Ja sam je radio umjesto veslanja u pretklonu.. meni pase vise ta vjezba, jer je pokret nekako bolji nego s utegom.. kod vjezbe veslanje u pretklonu, mi bi se prakticki trebali savit pod kutem od 90 stupnjeva, a to nitko ne radi..

tako je davore vecina sa savije pod nesto vecin kuten. neznan nekako racunan da bi moga ovo previse ponavljanja napravit u odnosu na neke low reps sta preferiran 5-6 ponavljanja pa meni i nebi odgovarala,eventualno za zagrijavanje
