jel mi moze netko rec kak bi mogo ukomponirat tj, dal ima smisla na defki, jutarnji kardio, barbell komplex popodne i tajlandski boks navecer? hvala

 pa nezz ja bi ostavio ovaj jutarnji cardio i ovaj barbell complex mozes ostavit...ja bi prednost dao prehrani

zobene+voda+whey poslije kardia, 4 jaja sa delux sunkom (2zutanjka) snita integralnog, 300g puretine+š00g rize, trening, pwm, tuna sa salatom (zelena, zelje) posni+ bademi? misljenje? to ugl jedem svaki dan :D

 prehrana je ok..jutarnji kardio i barbell complex (ako ne ides u teretanu) i to bi moglo bit ok
