Podlaktice ce ti najvise narasti od 

1. farmers walka
2. zgibova
3. raznih veslanja
4. motanja sipke sa spagom na kraju koje visi uteg (ne znam drugi naziv za ovo) :)

pa,ustvari sve po malo. u teretani sam najviše radila ona razvlačenja na sajli,jest da je to bila vježba za biceps i triceps,ali bogami rade i podlaktice. a isto tako i izdržaj na šipki za zgib,doslovno visim koliko mogu izdržati.
također i sve pull sprave, sa malo većim težinama,i tak mislim da je to zbroj svega.
centimetri pokazuju napredak,a i ovak se vidi napredak,jer su mi ruke fakat bile tanke i slabe.

Ja sam dosta paznje davao na podlaktice najbolje ti je kupit ili napraviti GRIPOVE i stiskat i to na ovu foru ja radim.Napravio sam si ono za namotavanje od cvjetnjaka uteg provuko spagu i na metalnu sipku omotavam uteg ima 2kg napravim oko 8 serija sto sproije gore dole vec nakon 5 otkaz podlaktica ko kamen i onda kao secer uzmem gripove i stiscem dok me doslovno ne boli jako ruka i kad krene bol sto jaca drzim stisnuto.Kada pustim grip ko da imam nove ruke doslovno.I mogu ti rec da se vrlo ljepo vidi od kad to prakticiram ali radim i zgib paralelno.Jos sam tu i tam proao fora s utegom od 4kg da samo odizes saku prema sebi i kontra ( podhvat i nadhvat )
