da kruh ima UHa i to dosta,izbjegavaj ga.ja i sta san na masi ne jeden kruh nego uziman druge izvore UH jer ovi pekari svasta stavljaju unutra da bude svjezije mekanije i sl.mislis da je crni kruh od brasna koji je predviden?ne, stavljaju boje.a pogotovo ti na definiciji.mislim da oko 300-400gr UH dnevno mozes slobodno unit.
davore nemoj ga sprdat nego mu pomozi ako mozes

to ovisi o tvojoj težini i naravno o treningu. a još bi naglasio da nije bitna samo brojka nego i kad unosiš i kakve UH unosiš.  Nastoj da unos UH uglavnom bude od složenih (žitarice cijelog zrna, povrce). Jednostavni mogu ali samo iza treninga. Opcenito unos UH smanji od poslijepodne i navecer, odn ovisno o aktivnostima. Kad nema aktivniosti ne smioje bit prevelik unos UH. Također pripazi i na masnoce. Treba ih unosit ali ne pretjerat jer su energetski najbogatije i što uneseš da budu nezasicene (plava riba, bademi... ili neki suplementi)

Pazi jednu stvar.Ako želiš se ''definirat'' , kako to inace svi zovu, to znaci da moraš izgubiti dio potkožnog masnog tkiva, i to što je više moguce. tokom tog procesa jako je teško dobivati miš, masu, prakticki nemoguce. štoviše teško je uopce i zadržati na istoj razini. Uglavnom budu i neki gubici na miš. masi. to znaci da ako se želiš ''definirati'' da ceš izgubit na težini na racun izgubljene masti i i vjerojatno još na racun mišica.  u konacnici ceš pasti nekoliko kila. želiš li biti definiran na 55 kg? nitko na toj kilaži ne bi primjetio tvoju muskulaturu vec samo koliko si mršav, bez obzira na tvoju visinu. moj ti je savjet, sad zaboravi na definiciju. Napakiraj prvo nešto mesa , a onda se definiraj ako bude potrebno. Tako da u konacnici .budeš na sadašnjoj kilaži, ali sa puno manjim udjelom masne mase. a buduci si još vrlo mlad i  vjerovatnoimaš dobar metabolizam to ti nece bit problem

dada u jednu ruku sam to i razmišljao da i nastavim sa masom....Jer znam da kad se definiraš padas s kilažom i opet cu bit mršav ako se definiram to je! slažem se.... neki mi kaže da se definiram a neki ne...previše ljudi mi govore savjete  svako drukcije.....Neznaš koga slušat :)
