Pozdrav svima, zovem se Amanda, imam 24god. Pre nekih 8 godina sam imala oko 20-tak kg više i uspela da skinem zdravijom ishranom i laganom fizickom aktivnošcu. Sada mi je cilj da imam više mišica pa sam se zbog toga registrovala na ovaj forum. Koliko sam do sada uspela da vidim ima dosta korisnih stvari.. Procitala sam clanak "Kako postici bolje trbušnjake" i skontala da sam bila u zabludi radeci po 100 trbušnjaka dnevno. Od sada cu definitivno promeniti taj režim vežbanja

dobrodosla! Na fitness.com.hr portalu mozes pronaci vise od 500 clanaka, slobodno pogledaj kategorije koje te interesiraju i procitaj clanke. Whey protein mozes piti poslije treninga - s utezima, na orbitreku ili bodyweight.. nije bitno. Preporucam da ubacis i dekstrozu u shake kako bi obnovila glikogenske zalihe.
