Bok,
evo da se i ja predstavim Smile

Visoka sam 171 cm, težina 72 kg i imam 26 godina.
I, naravno, htjela bi smršaviti Smile

Planiram ici u teretanu pa me zanima ako mi možete preporuciti neke vježbe.
Ono na cemu bi najviše htjela poraditi je trbuh (masne naslage), visece vrecice na rukama i imam jace listove pa bi i to htjela smanjiti Smile

Vjezbe su tek jedan dio ;) citaj forum i sredi prvo prehranu imas tu dosta primjera i izdracunaj koliko ti je dnevno potrebno kcql i budi u deficitu te ces tako mrsaviti ;) ispod 1200 kcal dnevno vi zene ne smijete ici !

Ma znam da Smile Promijenila sam ja vec dosta prehranu, i radim na tome dosta, ali htjela bi ic u teretanu da sve to nekako dodje u red..
