Možeš uzeti i raditi kod kuce, nemoj ici preko š2 ponavljanja, sklekovi, zgibovi plus neke vježbe s bucicama i trebalo bi biti bolje

Ma i ja sam ti totalni pocetnik. Uvijek nešto pitam pa mislim da sam razumjela ali se preko noci u mojoj glavi desi totalna zbrka pa ja opet ispocetka pilam ove ljude na forumu. Samo ti pitaj. Ako ništa drugo onda ceš skupiti bar još š00 potpitanja. Sretno!

tako je kad se kaže š2 ponavljanja, to znaci da se može eventualno š3 ali ne više.. znaci mora biti dovoljno zahtjevno

problem je sto ne smijem dizat velike tezine zbog problema sa kraljeznicom
