Moj trening je ovakav bio do sada,ali sam sada kupio multifunkcionalnu spravu pa cu ubacit neke vjebe na toj spravi
Ponedljak-cetvrtak (prsa,triceps) Bench press 4x2 kom Bench na kontra kosoj klupi 4x2 kom Razvlacenje Bucicama 4x0 kom Uski bench na bench klupi 4x0 kom Uski bench na kontra kosoj klupi 4x0 kom Triceps ekstenzija leeca sa bucicom 4x0 kom Utorak-Petak Potisak ipkom iza glave 4x0 kom Predrucenje bucicama stojeci 4x2 kom Povlacenje do brade ipkom 4x2 kom Biceps pregib ipkom 4x0 kom Biceps pregib bucicama 4x2 kom Koncentracijski pregib bucicama 4x0 kom Ja sam sad kupio spravu onu leptir,multifunkcionalnu,pa trebam ubacit vjebe sa nje.Ovaj trening sada mi traje oko 60 minuta,a sad kad ubacim ovo planiram da bih mi trebao trajati oko 80-90 minuta,jel mi moete pomoci sastavit neki dobar trening kad ubacim ovu spravu. |

sad san trenutno pon:ledja biceps, sri:prsa triceps pet:noge ramena. a za tjedan dva cu prominit na pon:prsa,gornji dio ledja sri:noge,donji dio ledja pet:ramena ruke.do kraja lita sigurno ide 3x trening ne vise, a na zimu ponovo 4x mozda bude i 5x neko vrime |

Mislio sam na sve Ma kad muka ekipa radi split treninge, meni osobno U/L ili FB puno bolje odgovara nego split treninzi |

Pa nisam ja to rekao,ali vozim bicikl i igram nogomet ponekad,ali sad sam planirao pocet radit noge,malo cucnjeve i jo neke stvari... |
