od jeseni, nakon što se ponovo ufuram, planirao sam nešo poput ovog upper/lower split, uz pracenje i modificiranje prema mojim mogucnostima

Ja radim spartanskih 300.. svaki dan osim nedjelje..
25 zgibova 50 mrtvih dizanja 50 sklekova 50 skokova na kutiju 50 podizanja nogu sa držanjem sipke (60kg) u bench stavu 50 jednorucnih izbacaja bucicom 25 zgibova Nakon toga jos 30min boks na vreci.. |

i s koliko kila radis 50 ponavljanja mrtvog , odnosno 30,pa 20. po originalu bi tribalo odjednom to sve jelda, samo to je poprilicno tesko i kakovo je ovo podizanje nogu jel ima kakav video. moga bi ja dogodine na defki ovo raditEdited by zmaj |

Mrtvo je sa 60kg.. mislio sam u pocetku da ce biti lagano, ali vraga.. vec nakon 20 ponavljanja se osjeti umor.. A to podizanje nogu.. Floor wipers ... i to sam mislio da je lagano, ali nije Ali za sljedeca 4 tjedna pripremam novi program, dnevno oko 4-5 h treninga |

A bome nije dobro ako iz dana u dan mogu sve manje i manje po vreci udarat.. a opet, ako idem vrecu odradit prije utega, onda nemogu bas sve vjezbe odradit.. Uglavnom, mjenjat cu programe svaka 3 tjedna.. pa cemo vidjet kako taj princip djeluje.. Sada ce biti na redu "Turbulence Training"... |
