U 9 mjesecu bi krenuo u teretanu pa me zanima koje vježbe(koliko serija,ponavljanja) treba izvoditi,planirao sam ici 4 puta tjedno.Nemam toliku želju nabijanja mišicne mase nego samog jacanja mišica(iako ni malo dodatne mase nebi bilo loše),uglavnom nešto izmedju.Najviše bi se koncentrirao na prsa i ruke(biceps pogotovo),hvala unaprijed...
