š78cm, 75kg, 2š god
Eto, oduvijek sam bio relativno mrsav, no i zilav, nikad masnog tkiva, no otkako sad radim nekih pola godine (pred kompom cca 8 sati svaki dan, k tome jos studiram i otkako studiram nikakvim se sportom ne bavim), lagano se slauf vec vidi, a prsa i ruke su mi drasticno oslabljele... Htio bih trcati, no koliko znam tada se gubi i misicna masa, kako taj gubitak smanjiti na minimum? Osim toga, imate li kakve prijedloge kucnih vjezbi, vise za masu. I da, sto i koliko jesti? Ukratko, htio bih nabaciti neke kvalitetne kile i podic kondiciju... Hvala unaprijed! |

ti ni sam neznas sta bi prvo trcat pa smanjit gubitak misicne mase na minimum onda bi kucne vjezbe za masu ,i jos pitas sto i kako jesti.
prvo ti malo prouci forum a ne ovde si upa ka padobranac pa ocekujes da ce ti se sve servirat.tema savjet za jednog mrsavca ja san mislija da ti fali baren š5kg mase po naslovu teme kad ono kilaza ok tako da prouci teme od vjezbanja i prehrane daj neka konkretna pitanja niko nece tebi nista posebno pravit kako sta. Molim! |

covjeka odma u startu deprimirate... pa ako ste se vi mucili sto godina da naucite nesto nemorate i njemu iste probleme zadavat.... dajte mu linkove neke savjete, nesto, a ne tako bezobrazno kako mos pitat a nisi ni pogledo... pa tu je da se nauci...

da, ja sam isto lutao kada sam poceo s ovim ništa mi nije bilo jasno, brkao sam ponavljanja sa serijama, proteine i steroide.. imao sam š4 i satima citao clanke, forume, faqove, blogove ubijali su me u pojam s tim "kako možeš pitati , a nisi ni pogledao" zato sam i naucio.. |

ja san lipo reka da je u pravu illy i da san pogrjesija jer za razliku od nekih znan priznat kad falijen i nije bas da san toliko poceja rigat vatru uglavnon se malo zajebajen,al eto nekad i pretjeran,ima i gorih i procitaj prvu poruku od lika reakcija ce ti bit jasna,ne servira se ovde sve svakome
