Novi sam na forumu i ovo je prvi put da sam postao clan nekog foruma,imam 98 kg i 1,80m ...želim krenuti s treningom 3 puta tjedno (dizanje utega) i 2 puta tjedno kardio vježbe ...Kardio trening mi je jako poznat kao i dizanje utega ali mi je potrebna pomoc oko sastavljanja vježbi jer dugo se vec ne bavim s tim.
Želja mi je skinuti višak masnih naslaga i povecati mišicnu masu,molim pomoc

U biti da budem iskren ,želio bih skinuti kilažu (salo) na 90kg a pri tom ne izgubiti mišicnu masu nego je još povecati,da li je to moguce i kako? pozdrav
