Imam pitanje ovako imam 178cm visine i 85kg tezine. Imam pivski stomak. Poceo sam da trcim u jutarnjim casovima prije dorucka a navece vjezbam kod kuce.
Sada mene interesuje da li prvo praviti kaloriski deficit i skidati stomak i ostalo salo , pa kasnije praviti kalorisku suficit  zbog dobijanja misicne mase (uz zdravu ishranu).

S obzirom da je ljeto pred tobom, prvo skini taj trbusic malo ;)

Napravi kalorijski deficit, ali ne unosi kalorija manje od bazalnog metabolizma.. tebi je bazalni oko 1800, znaci dnevno jedi oko 2000 kcal...

Imam dva pitanja:
1.dali moram bit u kalorijskom suficitu za dobivanje na masi?
2.ako moram dali mogu na svojih 60 kg jest 50-60 g proteina i veCina ugljikohidrata iz zobenih jer sam u domu i prehrana je LOŠA!

2. ja bi povećala bar na 2 g po kg, znaci cca 120 g (kupiš posni sir od pola kg i dobijes dodatne proteine za jedan dan)
3. pitanje koje nisi postavio je trening treniraš li s utezima?
