Bok, evo imam problem s skokom u dalj s mjesta..skacem 222cm a treba mi 240cm za upis na faks...Ako netko moze reci nekakve vjezbe ili trening bio bih zahvalan, inace u super sam formi samo me taj skok u dalj ne ide :))

S one leg squat ces istovremeno razvijati snagu, fleksibilnost i koordinaciju. Vjezba je teska i zahtjeva neko vrijeme da se nauci. U pocetku si mozes pomoci dodirujuci rukama zid te spustanjem pete na tlo (one noge koja je u zraku).
