Dali ima razlike u trcanju unazad i unaprijed s obzirom na opterecenja misica?
Npr:
Ako trcimo unazad dali mozda pate zglobovi pa nije preporucljivo ili radi vise zadnja loza ?

Mislim da trcanje unazad nema nekakvog smisla.

Jedino se mozes ozljediti.

Ej! Mislim da nisi u pravu...od nas su na tjelesnom profesori uvijek trazili i trcanje unazad i bocno trcanje.

Ne vjerujem da su to bezveze izmislili.

Strucnjaci kazu da je trcanje unazad puno zdravije, manje opterecuje zglobove, zaposljava i najuspavanije misice i trosi mnogo vise kalorija...

E Mihcla to trcanje unazad na tjelesnom iskljucivo je sluzilo zagrijavanju i nicime drugom, i nije se trcalo mnogo nego krug ili dva. Sumnjam da bi netko mogao besprijekorno i efikasno trcati bar pola sata u nazad.

Zanima me koji su to " STRUcNJACI " !!!!!!!!!

Ne znam, mozda sam u krivu, ali zar nema dovoljno "normalnih" vjezbi za zagrijavanje od trcanja unazad?

Ako i je samo za zagrijavanje znaci da ipak koristi tijelu i sluzi necemu...

Ja isto mislim da trcanje unazad ima nekog efekta zato sto to nitko ne radi i zato sto se svi gibamo ravno a konkretno pitam jer pri recimo bilo kojem udarcu u nekoj borilackoj vjestini micanje u stranu i unazad je mnogo cesce koristeno negoli samo unaprijed. (Probat cu  pa ako ostanem ziv javim vam)

sto se tice trcanja unazad neznam nista o tome, ali posto sam kosarkas krecite se ljevo-dessno tako sto ce te:


rasirite malo noge i savijte kolljena, ledja vam moraju bit ravna, ruke paralelno od nogu, ah imam problema s objasnjavanjem evo vam slika, krecete se par metara u jednu stanu pa brzo promjenite smjer u drugu....

djeluje, samo se zagrijte prije toga :)
