super,mislim i bez ikakvih opterecenja doci do 250 je odlicno!
ja cu baš danas probati više od 50 cucnjeva sa 20kg!

evo da vam baba da izvještaj- napravila sam danas 100 cucnjeva bez icega,mislim bez utega,onda sve moje ostale vježbice,i onda sam ih radila sa 20kg sandbag,i kad sam došla do 50,prestala sam brojati jer mi je dosadilo!
to je bilo brutalno,trajalo je 1h,a ,to kaj ja sutra ne bum mogla na posao- nema vezeeeee!

Koliko sam ja vidjela imate I challenge abs, push ups, pull ups, dips, planks. Ako se sijetim jos necega bum postala. Tko zna mozda otvorimo jedan post sa izazov cijelog tijela sa slikama prije I poslije.
