Pozdrav !
Imam š5 godina , treniram vec duze vrijeme rukomet, ali se
jos uvijek nisam fizicki oblikovao (misici).Visok sam š8š
cm, a tezim 77 kg ..
Zanima me .. da li cu aktivnim "bildanjem" sa svojih š5
godina zaustaviti svoj rast, dizanjem utega tezine 5 kg ..
i takodje me zanima da li imate neki prijedlog za mene ..
kako poceti ..
P.S. kako mogu rasiriti ramena ?

Neceš prestati rasti od vježbanja.

ali vježbe ti nece zaustaviti rast
