Trenutno nemam afiniteta prema toj vrsti tjelovježbe i vrlo vjerojatno bih morao odustati od teretane ili bar drasticno smanjiti intenzitet i volumen što mi se ne sviđa |

Pa nekima ocigledno nije. Ljudi se u pravilu boje novih stvari, a i vecina ekipe misli, što mogu napravit sa jednim tegicem od š6kg, kad mogu na military pressu izbacit, lupam, 80kg. Mislim da su predrasude problem. |

cak i ako netko može napraviti press sa 80kg, nije š6kg jedina težina kbella koja postoji. Izazova ne nedostaje cak i za ljude koji rade s velikim težinama. Nema puno ljudi na svijetu koji rade military press sa dva kettlebella od 48kg...a ako ni to nije problem, takav atleta može probati ovo.

ja u vjezbama za ramena najvise forsiram srednje i zadnje rame,,,mada volim i military press BB ili DB njega uvijek uglavnom radim 5x5,,,a od vjezbi za srednje rame jaksicevo odrucenje mi je zakon.
