Manje više se svi možemo nac u svakome ili bar 2, ali bitno je u kojem se nadjemo najviše.

Stvar je u tome da gledamo ono cemu najviše težimo i kakvi bi bili da ne treniramo toliko i pazimo na unos hrane, odnosno kakvi smo bili prije svega toga - onaj koji pocne lako dobivat kg-e cim se malo opusti, sigurno ima veliki postotak endomorfa, bez obzira što nema širok frame. U biti - ko god teži više sjedenju, ležanju i spava ko top - poprilicno je sigurno endo Big smile

Ja gledam po onome kakva sam bila prije, ne toliko kakva sam sad jer se tijelo mijenja pa iz jednog tipa naizgled možemo prijec u drugi.

ovaj dio spava ko top me pogadja u srž :P, ja se trudim što više kretat al kad mi je sva obrada podataka vezana za komp a ima ih puno u struci onda moram sjedit, inace svi misle da geodeti hodaju po terenu samo al to je tek pocetak posla nažalost :/

ja sam hiperaktivna,takav mi je i posao, da ne moram ne bi ni spavala!
ak ne pazim,izgubim po 3 kg tjedno,pogotovo ak je ludnica na poslu.
to mi se desilo prije god. došla na 52kg, i sad sam tek na 55,a pocela sam žderati ko svinja!
e,sad, kam ja spadam,ne znam?!

40% ugljikohidrata za mezomorfa..može to i na 50% za dobivanje mišicne rekla bi ja :)

ja ne kužim ovu raspodjelu... koliko sam ja skužio Endomorfi su debeli... a što ako endomorf smršavi jel onda postaje mezomorf???
